Thần đồng Đất Việt là 1 trong những bộ truyện tranh thiếu nhi những tập của Việt Nam. Thắng lợi được thực hiện bởi người sáng tác Lê Linh và doanh nghiệp Phan Thị từ năm 2002 cho tới nay. Bộ truyện trước đây được phát hành bởi vì NXB Trẻ và nay bởi NXB văn hóa truyền thống Sài Gòn. Với bên trên 100 tập truyện thuộc với các bộ truyện tranh liên quan tiền như thiên tài Đất Việt khoa học và thiên tài Đất Việt Mỹ thuật, phía trên được xem là bộ truyện tranh nước ta dài độc nhất vô nhị và thành công nhất cho đến thời điểm hiện tại.Truyện lấy bối cảnh là thời Hậu Lê, nhưng những sự kiện xảy ra trong truyện không giống nhau với các sự kiện xảy ra trên thực tế. Mặc dù vậy, số đông những sự kiện chính xẩy ra trong Thần Đồng Đất Việt đều dựa vào những câu truyện, điển tích lịch sử hào hùng có thật của Việt Nam. Cống phẩm này nói lại những mẩu truyện về cuộc sống của Lê Tí, một Trạng Nguyên của Đại Việt cùng với phần nhiều người bạn thân của cậu là Sửu ẹo, Dần phệ và Cả Mẹo. Sự thành lập và hoạt động của Trạng Tí cũng không bình thường. Kiếp trước cậu vốn là 1 trong bậc thần tiên bao gồm kiến thức uyên bác trên Thiên Đình, tiếp nối được đầu bầu xuống è gian để giúp đỡ Đại Việt. Bà mẹ của Tí là bà nhị hậu, sau khoản thời gian đi cày về căng thẳng đã ngồi lên một hòn đá để nghỉ ngơi và bao gồm mang và kế tiếp sinh ra cậu. Từ nhỏ, Tí đã biểu đạt mình là 1 trong người con hiếu thảo, say đắm học và tất cả trí xuất sắc hơn người. Trong cả Đồ Kiết, thầy dạy dỗ của cậu cũng phải kinh ngạc về kỹ năng của cậu. Ở xóm Phan Thị, với tài trí của mình, cậu cũng đã giúp mẹ, chúng ta của bản thân và những người dân dân vào làng xử lý nhiều sự việc khó khăn. Vượt qua cha kì thi Hương, Hội, Đình một giải pháp xuất sắc, cậu thay đổi trạng nguyên nhỏ tuổi độc nhất của Đại Việt. Sau đó, cậu cũng rất được Đại Minh công nhận là Lưỡng Quốc Trạng Nguyên. Tí cùng Sửu, Dần và Cả Mẹo cũng đã có công bự trong việc phò trợ vua Lê ngăn chặn lại sự xâm lấn của Đại Minh cùng đối phó với những sứ thần mà lại Đại Minh cử sang. Vào triều đình, cậu là 1 trong những vị quan tiền thanh liêm chính trực nên được công chúa Phương Thìn yêu thương mến, tuy thế cũng cũng chính vì vậy nhưng mà cậu luôn bị thừa tướng Tào Hống và những người dân trong gia đình là hai đứa con ông coi là cái tua trong mắt cùng tìm mọi cách để hạ nhục cậu, mặc dù trong phần nhiều các mẩu chuyện cậu là bạn chiến thắng. Cũng nhờ tài trí quá bậc, Trạng Tí được vua tin cậy giao trọng trách đi sứ Bắc Quốc nhiều lần. Ở đó, Tí cũng chạm chán phải nhiều trở ngại do vua Bắc Quốc và Vương vượt Tướng tạo nên ra nhằm mục tiêu ám hại cậu và có tác dụng tổn sợ uy tín Đại Việt, thậm chí là có lần suýt chút nữa thì cậu thiệt mạng. Tuy vẫn ra làm cho quan nhưng nhiều lúc cậu vẫn được vua chất nhận được về quê để âu yếm mẹ và trợ giúp dân làng. Và tất nhiên, tài trí cùng sự giúp sức nhiệt tình từ những người bạn tốt đã giúp những người dân dân khôn xiết nhiều.

Summary of the Lawsuit

Company Limited ("Phan Thi Company") represented by Mrs.Phan Thi My khô hanh since 2001 as a role of an illustrator.
Upon being commissioned to draw a series of folk tale adaptedfrom ancient characters, the Plaintiff built up about 30 charactersand among them, 4 character figures were selected, Trang Ti, Suu
Eo, Dan Beo và Ca Meo that are used lớn compose a comic book named
Than Dong Dat Viet. However, Ms. Khô giòn claimed that it was correctthat she also participated in the process of creating the comicbook together with Mr. Linh.
Mr. Linh participated in composing Than Dong Dat Viet until theend of episode 78, then quitted his job. Phan Thi Companysubsequently hired other artists khổng lồ continue continuous episodesfrom 79 one as well as other publications, namely Than Dong Dat
Viet Khoa hoc, Than Dong Dat Viet My Thuat without Mr. Linh'spermission.
